Luis comes from Petaluma, California. There as a young man, he worked on boats for seven years before getting a job with BMW. He worked at the same dealership from 1976 until 1998.Luis has been through every BMW training course offered; he has been a BMW Master Tech since 1985.

Dan brings a wealth of customers service and auto industry knowledge to Johns Auto care Center. When Dan & Luis were given the opportunity to purchase the business they knew they with their auto industry back grounds that they could bring it to the next level.

Craig has over 30 years in the automotive industry making him a vital part of our professional team here at Johns Auto Care Center. Craig's vast knowledge on on foreign makes and models is a big plus to our valued customers.

Originally from Denmark Michael trained there for 3 years studying how to work on Mercedes’.After training in Denmark, Michael moved to California in 1990 and has been working onMercedes’ in automotive shops all over California ever since. After spending nearly 30 years doing this Michael came to Medford and joined the team atJohn’s Auto in March of 2013. Michael is John’s Auto’s Mercedes specialist, but while Mercedes is Michael’s specialty, he also enjoys working on BMW’s as well.

Matt started his career by attending UTI in 1998, he graduated at the top of his class in 2000and entered the BMW step program, working for a dealership in Southern California. Mattstarted looking for a place to work in the Rogue Valley after moving here, his criteria was tofind a place with integrity and a good work environment. He feels he has found both at John’sAuto Care. He brings a background of extensive BMW training, and understanding of thecomplex world of modern high performance automobiles.

Dean started his career in 1975, going through the apprenticeship program with BritishLeyland. He continued working for BL dealerships till British Leyland failed as a company andleft this country. Dean has primarily worked for independent shops during his career,including owning his own business in Portland, “Major British”. He knows all of the British cars and their idiosyncrasies, and welcomes them to John’s Auto Care, understanding both the vehicles and the owners.Dean has had a passion for racing having competed in Formula Ford and GT5 Sedan racing in a MINI (the old British version). He has been involved in many high performance projects and really enjoys that aspect of the automotive industry.

JIMJim is our service adviser and has over 20 years experience in the auto industry. He is ASE Certified and is all around the go to guy on automotive trivia.

GREGGreg is the knowledge guy. He should probably get on the game show Jeopardy but we prefer him right here with us.
DAVIDCertified in Honda and Toyota hybrids with over 15 years automotive experience. ASE Certified and L1 advanced engine performance.
